Summary of PRID Special Event & Commercial Use Permit Requirements

1. Application Process

  • Must be submitted at least 60 days before the planned event/activity.
  • You must acknowledge and agree to all terms, including the requirement to sell. individual recreation use permits to event participants.
  • Sign and date the official permit form (available on PRID’s website).
  • Submit application with the non-refundable application fee of $100.
  • PRID and Reclamation, (Commercial Use only) will review and approve/deny.

3. Fees

  • $100.00 application fee for Commercial and Short Term Special Use Permit.
  • $100.00 permit fee for Short Term Special Use Permit (due after approval).

4. Revenue-Based Fees (Commercial Use)

  • 20% fee on gross revenue generated for profit during the year.

5. Permits Discount (Short Term Special Use Only)

  • Permit holder will receive a 10% discount on the sale of individual recreation use permits sold specifically for your event/activity.
