Phil Lane is a third generation agricultural producer and rancher. His position, as President of the PRID Board of Directors, is a continuation of a legacy that Phil's father, Ed Lane, started over 40 years ago. Phil not only followed in his father's footsteps, but he continued down that path building and improving on the goals and mission of the District for the benefit of each of the 1,200 plus shareholders he represents. Phil, and his wife Diane, live in Allison, Colorado where they raise quality hay, cattle and sheep on several hundred acres. They have four adult children. Phil graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1965 with a degree in Business Administration. As referenced above, Phil has served diligently on the PRID Board for over 30 years. He brings abundant knowledge and experience to his position as Board President. He is known for his comprehensive, level-headed, no-nonsense, approach to problem solving. His shared wisdom and experinces are intrical in keeping the PRID going and growing in a positive and progressive direction.
